Today was my first day back to work. I managed to sort through my e-mail last night, so although I was pretty busy today it wasn't too overwhelming. (Plus a fair amount of people took today off.)
The Handyman came and fixed my bedroom window, which had gotten stuck slightly open after I had flipped it down to clean the outside. (NOT a good thing in this weather.) He also looked at my water heater. He tinkered with it a bit, but didn't see anything wrong. I guess running out of hot water in the shower in fifteen minutes is NORMAL, even with a 40 gallon tank and a specialist being sent by building management because I was using so little water that they thought my meter was broken. *sighs* (Since it started out hot and got cold pretty fast, I was sure that the bottom element had burned out.)
And tonight I desperately need to go grocery shopping. All in all, a fairly typical Tuesday.
